Right Health Insurance provides a marketing and referral service that connects consumers with licensed insurance agents who can discuss Medicare Advantage plan options. We are not an insurance company, insurance carrier, or government agency. We do not sell insurance directly. When you contact us through our Site, you will be connected with a licensed insurance agent or brokerage that can help you with plan enrollment.

2. Solicitation of Insurance

This Site constitutes a solicitation of insurance. By calling the phone number displayed on our Site or submitting a callback request form, you acknowledge that you are requesting to be contacted by a licensed insurance agent regarding Medicare Advantage plan options. A licensed agent may contact you by phone.

3. No Government Affiliation

Right Health Insurance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, the Department of Health and Human Services, or any other federal or state government agency.

4. Eligibility

Our Site and services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States, specifically in states where we currently operate (Texas and Georgia). By using our Site, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
