Terms of Use

Effective Date: February 23, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website righthealthins.com (the "Site") operated by Consumer Digital Marketing LLC, doing business as Right Health Insurance ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. About Our Service

Right Health Insurance provides a marketing and referral service that connects consumers with licensed insurance agents who can discuss Medicare Advantage plan options. We are not an insurance company, insurance carrier, or government agency. We do not sell insurance directly. When you contact us through our Site, you will be connected with a licensed insurance agent or brokerage that can help you with plan enrollment.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent a select number of organizations which offer Medicare Advantage products. For a complete list of available plans, contact 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) or visit www.Medicare.gov.

2. Solicitation of Insurance

This Site constitutes a solicitation of insurance. By calling the phone number displayed on our Site or submitting a callback request form, you acknowledge that you are requesting to be contacted by a licensed insurance agent regarding Medicare Advantage plan options. A licensed agent may contact you by phone.

3. No Government Affiliation

Right Health Insurance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, the Department of Health and Human Services, or any other federal or state government agency.

4. Eligibility

Our Site and services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States, specifically in states where we currently operate (Texas and Georgia). By using our Site, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our Site. However, Medicare plan availability, benefits, and costs change periodically and vary by county. Information on our Site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice from a licensed insurance agent.

We make no guarantees regarding specific plan benefits, premiums, coverage amounts, or savings. All plan details are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual Medicare Advantage plans offered by their respective carriers.

6. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

7. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a form on our Site or calling our phone number, you provide your express consent to be contacted by a licensed insurance agent at the phone number you provided, including via telephone calls. You understand that your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us at info@consumerdigital.com or by requesting to be placed on our Do Not Call list during any phone call.

TCPA Compliance: We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and maintain an internal Do Not Call list. If you wish to be added to our Do Not Call list, you may make this request during any phone call with our agents, by emailing us, or by visiting our Do Not Call page. We honor all Do Not Call requests promptly and maintain records of such requests in accordance with applicable regulations.
